This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for photography services provided by Naturalrinsingdy. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

Photography Services

Photography services are custom, personalized services that are tailored to each client's specific needs. As such, photography services are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided. However, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled photography session, please notify us as soon as possible:

• More than 7 days before the session: Full refund of any deposit paid
• 3-7 days before the session: 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 3 days before the session: No refund, but deposit may be applied to a rescheduled session within 6 months

Digital Products

Digital images and files delivered to clients are considered final products. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once digital files have been delivered. However, if you are not satisfied with the delivered images, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss potential solutions.

Physical Products

For physical products such as prints, albums, or other merchandise:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is defective or damaged
• Products must be returned in their original condition
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the product is defective

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and find a satisfactory solution, which may include additional editing, a reshoot (subject to availability), or other remedies as appropriate.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). The ACL provides you with certain consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Under the ACL, you are entitled to:

• A replacement or refund for a major failure in our services
• Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
• Have services repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
• Services that are provided with due care and skill
• Services that are fit for their intended purpose

A "major failure" includes situations where the service is substantially unfit for its intended purpose, creates an unsafe situation, or is significantly different from what was described or agreed upon.
